The staff was very helpful, even with language barriers. Quick response to requests. Well-equipped kitchen. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Free tea and gingerbread. Clean shower and bathroom.

it was so close to the airport, 26 minutes' drive, convenient. excellant rooms, free wifi is a huge plus! ramenki district won't disappoint you. within a walking distance of moscow city golf club that was our destination.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the staff was helpful and responsive. The location was convenient with good access to nearby trees and the necessary amenities. my city break at this hotel had its ups and downs, but I ultimately enjoyed my stay.
There were a few negative aspects to my stay. The mattress was not particularly comfortable, and the curtains did not completely block out the light. Additionally, the lack of elevators made it difficult to carry luggage to upper floors.

Plus, free parking is available, making it easy to explore the city.
The hotel may not have elevators, so request a room on the ground floor if you don't fancy climbing stairs.

Spent Christmas here and it was awesome! the playground nearby was a lifesaver for my little cousins, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. the best part was the value for money - we got a decent room with a lovely view and it didn't break the bank. Plus, the location was great - it was peaceful and tucked away from the noise of the city.
That communication with some of the staff was a bit tricky at times, but honestly, that's to be expected when traveling abroad. the lack of breakfast options was a bit of a bummer, but we found a lovely little bakery nearby that made up for it.
